Pack Securely
Carefully wrap your Fiesta dinnerware in its original box with protective padding to ensure it arrives back at our facility without chips or breakage.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
