What is the lead time for shipping my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Are your ceramic products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, all our ceramic dinnerware is designed for everyday use and is fully safe for use in the microwave, dishwasher, and oven up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the future.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but breakages can happen. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the shipping box to receive a free replacement.

Absolutely. Quality and safety are our top priorities. All our glazes and ceramic bodies are 100% lead-free and cadmium-free, meeting all FDA safety standards.
